These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Priviscopes website (priviscopes.com) and any information, tools, or materials provided through it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. About Priviscopes
Priviscopes provides AI governance, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity advisory services. Website content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
2. No Client Relationship
Use of this website, submission of enquiry forms, or completion of online assessments does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by Priviscopes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape content without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, frameworks, assessments, and materials are owned by or licensed to Priviscopes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.
5. Assessment Tool
Our online assessment provides indicative guidance only. Results are not a formal audit, certification, or legal opinion. Priviscopes makes no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of assessment outputs.
6. Third-Party Services
The site may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., scheduling platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Not Legal Advice
Priviscopes is not a law firm. Nothing on this website or provided through any Priviscopes service — including the Workforce AI Policy & Compliance Advisory service — constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Where a Priviscopes advisor holds a law license, that license is not being exercised on Priviscopes' behalf in connection with services offered through this site. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult licensed counsel.
14. Not a Certification or Authorization Body
Priviscopes provides CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOX, and PCI DSS readiness advisory and consulting services. Priviscopes is not an accredited CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO), FedRAMP Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), licensed CPA firm, or PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), and does not perform official certification, attestation, assessment, authorization, or validation decisions. CMMC certification is granted following an independent assessment by an accredited C3PAO. FedRAMP authorization is granted by the applicable federal agency or the FedRAMP Board following an independent 3PAO assessment. SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports are issued only by a licensed CPA firm. SOX compliance is validated through the client's external financial statement audit. PCI DSS validation for higher-volume merchants requires a Qualified Security Assessor. Engaging Priviscopes for readiness advisory does not guarantee that certification, attestation, authorization, or validation will be granted.
15. Service Agreements Govern Engagements
Any AI implementation, governance, CMMC/FedRAMP readiness, SOC 1/SOC 2/SOX/PCI DSS readiness, or advisory engagement with Priviscopes — including data handling, retention, confidentiality, and deliverables — is governed by a separate signed service agreement between Priviscopes and the client. These Terms & Conditions govern only your use of this website, not the scope or terms of any paid engagement.
Advisor Network engagements are likewise governed by a separate signed advisor agreement between Priviscopes and the advisor, not by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are provided for website use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before reliance in any commercial context.
