Operators, Not Just Advisors

Strong candidates typically have real operating history in their specialty (not just certifications), relevant credentials, and a track record of independent or client-facing work.

2. You're matched based on specialty, credentials, and availability
3. Compensation is per-engagement, on a contract basis — U.S.-based advisors engage under a U.S. independent contractor agreement; advisors outside the U.S. engage under an independent contractor agreement appropriate to their country
